Aloha and welcome to Maui and to our unit 1904 at the amazing Wailea Elua resort! We want your stay to be unforgettable and we have some basic information below to help you orient yourself as well as to access while your here! We use this web system to make sure that everything is as up-to-date and accurate as possible!

Parking
Parking is secured within the resort and you will need an FOB to open the gate. Parking is not designated. The FOB is located on the island when you arrive and you can keep it in your car while you stay with us however please don't forget to return it to the unit before you leave. Security will open the gate for you when you arrive and if you forget it however if they are not there you can enter via the pedestrian gate using code 3214 and open it from the other side.
Please complete the parking pass and provide it to the front desk at our earliest convenience. They are expecting you. Please leave the pass on your dash of your vehicle during your stay.

Beach Items
In the bin outside the front door, you will find boogie boards, beach chairs, and umbrella and other beach equipment, for your enjoyment. Please rinse them off/out after you use them.
Resort Items
You are welcome to use the entire resort during your stay including the pools, outdoor dining pavilon, and tennis and pickleball courts, as well. The front desk has equipment for you to borrow if you would like to play!
Disposal
Please only soft items and no fruit peels
Security
Please call 808 879-6284 (24 hours) for any security concerns.
Non-urgent Assistance
The resort, however, is not responsible for the unit, so please call your vacation ambassador, Jolie at 808 480-VACA (8222) if you have questions about the unit or anything not resort related.
Water and Electricity
Please conserve whenever appropriate. We have a waterflow system that will shut off the water if it has been run too long or if it believes there is a problem. If it shuts off, and it happens, please contact Jolene at 808 480-8222 (phone) or 802 662-0499 (text) to have it reset.
