About Us
A Vacation resource for Hosts as well as Guests
Vacation Hospitality is a short-term rental resource for both hosts and guests. For hosts we manage property listings across every major booking channel and assist you in marketing your homes as efficiently and successfully as possible, including in all cases, directly to whomever you choose. For guests, we offer a venue where you can book your favorite space directly, without fees, and with full communication with the owner; before, during and after, booking.
Vacation Hospitality serves both hosts and guests because that's who we are, ourselves. We bring an agnostic perspective to everything we do because, in our experience, vacation hosts and vacationing guests generally have well-aligned interests. This site and our business exists merely to provide hosts and guests with the tools to communicate and transact under whatever terms you choose.
Our Mission Statement
Vacation Hospitality exists to (1) give hosts more of the value that their home generates and (2) to provide guests a platform, free of fees, to book the vacation they want with the property owner directly.
Meet The Team
Brian Pilcher
Chief Executive
Brian Pilcher brings decades of leadership experience to our team, including a distinguished career on Wall Street where he served as Co-COO at Nomura Securities. A graduate of the Tuck School of Business, Brian has spent his career focused on operations, execution, and getting the details right.
In his 50s, he took up competitive distance running and went on to set multiple age-group records—many of which still stand—reflecting the same discipline and consistency he brings to his work today. At our company, Brian helps ensure every property is managed with care, precision, and a long-term mindset.
Kaz Thibault
Director of Acquisitions
Kaz runs our new business development & advisory team and interfaces with pospective clients as well as existing ones. She has expertise in mortgage advising, real estate strategy, and property management, We love Kaz because she brings a full-spectrum understanding of what drives value—from acquisition and positioning to revenue optimization and guest experience. Kaz is an expert at understanding each property and how it can best be showcased in any market to achieve the owner's ultimate goal,
Jolie Walker
Director of Operations
Jolie reunited with Brian in 2023, who she worked with at Nomura Securities, to found Vacation Hospitality. She handles operations for the company and client relations in addition to being a Lead Vacation Ambassador.
She holds a degree from UC San Diego and an MBA in Management and Finance from NYU Stern. Jolie worked for some of the top financial firms across the globe in commercial real estate for two decades prior to starting VHI.
Jenny Hulbert
Vacation Ambassador, New England
Jenny is a Vacation Ambassador who handles New England properties. She works with our hosts to achieve and exceed their hopes for their homes while mazimizing their returns and their guest's satisfaction.
Jenny moved to our Vermont office in 2026 from Alabama and has extensive management and customer service experience
