This was a getaway with friends, the idea was to feel a place rustic and closer to water, most of the guests while found the place to be bit smaller compared to the pictures posted, but still the best feature was the private water access to the cove with kayaks, everyone felt at home away from home and still was able to get out and enjoy what burlington and vermont has to offer near by with biking, hiking. We would definitely would come back again.

Wish I could stay there every time I go to Maui! Positive: Location, view, landscaping , apartment, security, kitchen, accessories and equipment. Everything! Negative: Nothing

Comfortable with personal touches. Positive: What a lovely place in the trees! The cottage was thoughtfully and generously appointed, with many small touches that most just never bother with. The reason we usually stay in decent hotels is for the quality of the mattress and bedding -- and this was stellar. Very comfortable and high quality. We will be back.

This is an incredible home! Total Vermont country vibes, tucked away on a dirt road and surrounded by nature, but only minutes to restaurants, groceries, movie theater, and the mountains in one direction and the lake on the other. There were only adults in our group this time, but I could easily see meeting up with friends with kids here, there is plenty of room to spread out inside and a cute tree house in the back yard. Great home base for foliage season fun, and if we make it back for ski season would definitely stay here again.
